Eclipse Executive Cars provides executive business travel to Airports, Eurostar terminals and venues in London, Essex and the South East. We provide a professional, reliable, cost effective and confidential chauffeur service which represents your business ensuring your executives and clients arrive relaxed and ready for their onward journey, meeting or presentation.
Our Mercedes E class saloons are top of the range and are presented and maintained to a rigorous standard. We continually monitor road conditions along the route together with real time flight and train times. Our chauffeurs are smartly dressed, professional and reliable ensuring a smooth, safe journey to or from the airport or meeting. All of our return Airport transfer collections include a full “meet and greet” service, where executives and clients are met inside at arrivals with a printed name board that can incorporate your company logo if required. Our chauffeurs will assist with any luggage and a complimentary bottle of water is provided for each passenger. As well as our airport transfers we also service the major Eurostar terminals and Ports in London, Essex and the South East, along with hotels, events, exhibitions, private airfields and heliports. Eclipse Executive Cars are fully licensed by our local Hackney Carriage Authority and are certified by the DSA and DBS. We are fully insured with additional £5M public liability insurance. |

Above prices are based on one pick up, one way journeys from and to Rayleigh SS6. Please call for prices outside these postcodes. Additional pick-ups and drop offs charged extra. Our Mercedes E Class saloons are licensed for up to four passengers- luggage restrictions apply due to space.
Return fixed price Airport transfers include tolls, parking and “meet and greet” service.
Single fixed price Airport pick ups only, an additional £10 is charged for "meet and greet".
Fixed price Eurostar and Cruise transfers include tolls and parking where applicable.
*Eurostar St Pancras subject to Congestion Charge where applicable.
In addition to our standard services we are also available for half day, full day and contract hire.
Half day hire 4 hours £160 up to 75 miles
Full day hire 8 hours £300 up to 150 miles
Tolls, Congestion charge and parking charged extra.
Overnight expenses charged extra.
Additional hours charged at £20 per hour.
Additional mileage charges apply.
